Are you finding that something doesn’t feel quite right,  in yourself or in your relationships, but it’s hard to put into words?

I’m Holly, a fully qualified, person-centred counsellor. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important to you, at your own pace. I work within professional ethical guidelines, with a strong focus on creating a safe, supportive, and trusting environment.

I offer face-to-face sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays from my own quiet, calm therapy space in Havant, and on Wednesdays, you can find me at The Counselling Space in Eastleigh. I am also available for online sessions on other days, working with clients nationally.

I work with both individuals and couples, and our sessions are led by you. We can work in a way that feels right for you, whether that’s through talking or more creative exploration. I don’t believe you need to fit into a particular way of working; instead, I tailor the space to meet you and your needs.

Neurodiversity is at the heart of my practice, both in how I support individuals and how I understand relationships. Differences in how we think, process emotions, and communicate can sometimes lead to feeling misunderstood, within yourself or with others. I’m particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, especially those who have learned to mask or feel they don’t quite fit. Together, we can build self-understanding and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself, while also exploring how this may show up in your relationships and finding ways of relating that feel more supportive and connecting.

If something here resonates with you, you’re very welcome to reach out. I understand that taking the first step can feel daunting, but it can also be a meaningful step towards change.

If you’d like to get a sense of how we might work together, I offer an initial conversation where you can ask any questions and see whether I feel like the right fit for you.
